Website privacy notice
This notice covers the Honeydoo marketing website and its consultation inquiry forms. A live building pilot requires separate written terms covering its scope and resident data.
Consultation inquiries
The form asks for your name, work email, company, unit range, and an optional description of a maintenance problem. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss pilot fit. Do not include resident personal information, access codes, financial details, or confidential documents.
Submissions are sent to Formspree for processing and delivery to Honeydoo. You may contact us directly by email instead. Please review Formspree’s privacy policy for information about that service.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded after you choose “Allow analytics.” It records page usage and actions such as opening pilot details, exploring the demo, and starting or submitting an inquiry. Our custom analytics events do not include the contents of your form fields.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. Use “Analytics settings” to change it. The Google Analytics configuration disables advertising personalization and Google signals. Google’s handling of information is described in its privacy policy.
Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and form providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure their services.
The app sample
The public Honeydoo demo uses fictional sample data, includes planned capabilities, and resets changes on refresh. It does not require an account login. Partner access is a separate, protected app entry for invited partners. Do not submit real resident information or private files in the sample. This website notice is not a substitute for a live pilot’s data-handling agreement.
