Is the pilot a long-term contract?+

No. It is a guided 90-day engagement billed month-to-month during the pilot, subject to the approved Honeydoo pilot agreement.

What happens after 75 units?+

Additional active units cost $2 per unit monthly. The founding-pilot subscription is capped at $349 per month through 250 active units.

What if we manage more than 250 units?+

Larger portfolios require a custom scope and founder approval before a proposal is issued.

Are residents or contractors charged?+

No resident or contractor subscription fee is part of the founding-pilot offer.

Does Honeydoo replace our accounting platform?+

No. The founding pilot focuses on maintenance coordination, operational documentation, and permanent unit history.

Which integrations are available?+

Integration requirements are reviewed during qualification. Honeydoo does not promise an integration unless it is confirmed operational for the pilot.

Does Honeydoo process payments?+

Live money movement is not part of the founding-pilot promise. The workflow can cover work proof, invoice review, and approval; any simulated payment step is labeled clearly.
